Ordered the Butter Chicken and asked for extra sauce because I love to dip my naan in it, but I was informed that the dish already had a lot of sauce that it comes with. And it definitely had extra sauce, it did not disappoint at all the naan was perfect along with the basmati rice. My server Mohammed was very informative of all the dishes and super friendly. Definitely recommend this place for some real tasty Indian food plus they have a lunch Buffet that’s awesome 😁👨🏽‍🍳

We stopped by Friends Indian Cuisine in Orlando to try out their lunch buffet, and the staff couldn’t have been warmer or more welcoming from the second we walked through the door. Unfortunately, despite the friendly hospitality, the overall food quality on the spread was mostly a letdown. On a positive note, the pakora was crisp and tasty, providing a solid start to the meal, but much of the rest of the buffet struggled to deliver on flavor. The absolute highlight was the butter chicken masala, which was rich, flavorful, and thoroughly delicious. However, if you are relying on meatless options, you will be disappointed—none of the vegetarian curries hit the mark, with the chickpea masala, palak paneer, and aloo gobi all missing the flavor profile completely. The naan was light and soft, which helped, but the dessert section was another major flop; both the gulab jamun and the kheer were so off that we couldn't eat either of them. Bottom line: if you stick strictly to chicken dishes, you might have a decent meal here, but anyone looking for good vegetarian options or a balanced buffet will likely walk away dissatisfied.

Friendly Indian Cuisine was a wonderful surprise! The food tasted fresh, flavorful, and truly homemade. We ordered the curry and butter chicken, and both dishes were excellent with rich, authentic flavors. We also had the veggie samosas, which were perfectly crisp and delicious. A special highlight was the yogurt sauce the owner brought out for us—it was absolutely amazing and paired beautifully with everything we ordered. The restaurant was clean and comfortable inside. While the exterior looks a little worn and may not immediately catch your attention, the interior is welcoming and much nicer than you might expect. Unfortunately, we arrived too late for the buffet, but after how much we enjoyed our meal, we’re definitely planning to come back and try it. Great food, friendly service, and a very enjoyable dining experience!

My wife and I have been here a few times and the food and service are always fantastic. Our server was Mo and he was so attentive, friendly, and always made sure that we were taken care of. We got the buttered chicken, chicken vindaloo, and garlic naan. All were so flavorful and the portions are generous. I highly recommend this place. Also wanted to take this time to say thank you to the couple ahead of us that paid for our meal. This was extremely kind and made our night. We’ll be sure to pay it forward!

The service here is extremely excellent! This is the BEST Lassi I’ve ever had and the strawberry flavor was extremely unique and nostalgic. Beginning with the butter chicken, I had the extra spicy. It was the best spicy butter chicken I’ve ever had the cream really cut the flavor so the spice wasn’t overpowering, but it still had a very nice kick burn to it then with the lamb vindaloo we ordered the extra spicy. This one is a real kick so make sure you order some Lassie or yogurt to go with it, but definitely worth it. The best vindaloo I’ve ever had. This was my first time trying the onion naan it was so amazing the onions were so full of flavor, giving the Naan a delicious flavor profile and texture. The garlic naan is also really if you’ve never tried it, definitely the best I’ve had. Lastly, the samosas were so huge and delicious everything tasted very authentic and everything was so fresh. I love this place. I truly believe this is the best Indian place in Orlando and I will be coming back here again.
